Lack of clarity leads to confusion, which is is as true in thinking about project costs as it is every other part of the process.

We publish our costs right up front so you can plan accordingly.

Dr. Robison works out of Norfolk, Virginia and works throughout the Hampton Roads area without consideration for travel.  

​

If the work requires travel, as faculty-intensive projects inevitably do, he prefers to keep your costs and his travel to a minimum.  

​

If automobile travel is required beyond 60 miles of Norfolk, VA, the IRS Standard Mileage Rate (Business) will be billed to the client.  

​

Lodging or airfare expenses will be be billed directly to the client.  Per diem rates in accordance with current GSA published rates.  All anticipated costs will be coordinated prior to travel between Dr. Robison and the client's designated representative.

Travel Outside Hampton Roads, Virginia:  

• Mileage: In accordance with current IRS Standard Mileage Rate (Business)  [$.67 per mile for 2024]

• Air and Lodging:  Billed to client

• Per Diem: In accordance with current GSA Per Diem Rates.
